Default I need converter advice for my TH-350

Alright, I am putting a TH-350 with RMVB and TB in, as well as a 9 inch with 4.30 gears on 29.5x10.5x15 slicks. The car weighs about 2900, has full suspension, and is staying N/A. Cam is a TREX, and heads are stock. I need advice on a converter. I know I am going with a 8 inch, but I was thinking 5500-5800. Car is not a daily driver, and is used for the track only. I am breaking the cam only record next year

Good luck! my friend is going after that record too and he should be 2700 lbs with him in it by the time we're done with it. he's running the same converter that Magnus and jugernaut. ATI 5500. I'm going for at least the top five cam only cars. but i will be the fastest cam only car that still daily drives it.

I don't think 5500 is gonna be enough. I am gonna go with a 8" 5800. Probably a ATI. Thanks.
