car in park but roles?

car in park but roles? ok i have a 95/98 ta automatic i put it in park car still roles did i hook up something wrong when installing tranny?i do know my retaining clip for cable is missing i have ordered it could that be just the problem or more?any help thankx this is just 1 of many problems im hAVEING WITH THIS PROJECT THANKX!

i have seen cars do this, when the plastic guide in the end of the shifter cable is broken. Easy fix, just need a new cable. give me a call 423-614-5062. I can hook you up.
