Default I don't know **** about auto's, but have one question

I heard that in 1993 the f-bodies came with 4L60's, not 4L60-e's... Is this true, and if so, whats the dissadvantage to the 4L60 not being electric?

There is no real disadvantage of being electronic vs. non-electronic. Although as years progressed the 4L60(E) got "better". Tuning the shift pressures and shift points, as well as TCC apply rates can be achieved with most 4L60E, unlike 4L60 (TH700-R4).

In 1993 they could have either of the two depending on the build date.Is the wiring going into the trans on the drivers side a round 5 pin?
