Default Best to Buy on a $300 budget

i have a 01 ws6 a4, i have slp lm catback and slp cold air induction. i only have 300 to spend, what do u guys suggest....

a used converter? or shift kit and transcooler, then save for a converter?

Did you post in this forum because you want to spend $300 on a part for your transmission? Your options are limited to the above, or I guess you could buy a different flywheel, but it wouldn't really benefit you much.

These cars will eat you up for money, Bud. I don't
even want to calculate up what I've sunk. There
is no shame in "stock". Put the credit card down.

At least long enough to take stock of what you
really want the car to be. Make yourself a plan, not
go hanging one cheapo mod after another just 'cuz
that's all you could swing. Progress toward a goal,
direction and persistence, busted knuckles and used
parts, dude. Worth doing right but like I said, it will
eat you up.

For $300 dollars invest in something that will work later with some major mods. Like Shinsetsu said, go with a shift kit and trans cooler, then buy a converter.
