I have a 4l80 and a 6.0 from a 01 truck in a 68 impala and just about every time I drive it it will shift fine for about the first 30 miles or so then it will start late shifts and not go into od unless you are running around 65 mph. I don't have a temp gauge on the tranny but the engine temp stays around 190. I have a wiring harness from waite for me performance and a cpu from jessy as well and the input shaft speed sensor was deleted from the harness and he said it whould work just like a 4l60. I have a huge cooler on the trany so I don't think it is heat related. any help would be appreciated. thanks Woody
