What do you plan to do, mostly track or mainly street?

SY 3500 for primarily street use or street tires at the track.
ST 3500 for street & strip with nittos.

If you want a Vig and plan to go the track with nittos, the 3200 would be a better choice.

I have 3.73's & Vig2800. It is very steetable, so steetable you'll wish you had more stall. I would go with a ST3500, or even a ST3800. With the 3.73's it'll help keep it feeling nice and tight.

Jason,

I've got Strange Pro Stock 3:73's and a Vig 3200 in my dailey driven 99 T/A and now wish I had of gone with a bigger stall. 3500/3600 at least and I'm thinking about going to a 4200/4400 stall, the 3200 is very streetable but just doesn't deliver the torque of the big stalls.

The SY will be the most gentle on the rear.

The converters will work with the stock computer, but sometimes you need to tweak your shift points after a swap.

I want a TP4400 or a TP4200........ I dun need the car everyday though. My car is pretty much a weekend driver now so no need for a small conv.

I gotta give my vote for the SY series
I've had my SY4000 for almost 6 months, and I love it with my 3.73s
It doesn't feel loose, my drivability is great, and mid-rang and top-end power are amazing!!

Just take your time and pick the right one

Good luck
