Nice, I like it. Just a couple typos here and there, normal with a new site - like "Genereal Motor" Street Converters. |
Dang..nice prices. I have two OTHER brand lockup converters, and I have had major problems with both. Yank is looking cheap now after two trans pumps I have to replace. Nice site...... Dang... :bang: You trade 2 converters for one yank? |
Looks nice. It would be nice to see a little more detailed descriptions for the different converters. |

Good site that is very friendly.... :) |
Thanks for the input We are getting shirts and new stickers printed and have made some of the changes to the site. |
The thing that interests me most in picking converters is the curves the old site had, with efficiency vs RPM etc. Never seen this kind of info on the SS series or the more hard core models and even the old data seems to have gone away. Especially helpful (though maybe not popular with your competitors) are the comparos against other vendors' products. I would like to see more of that. Also more detail about how the TCC compares to stock holding capacity at stock pressure settings (onset of slip) would be swell. This is one of my "hot buttons" and a nagging problem with some smaller diameter converters. Would like to have some idea what you're buying, in this respect but seldom does it get a mention anywhere (unless it's a multi-disc or something super fancy). Discussion of materials system and whether it's well suited to street untuned (soft slip wear durability, chatter) and/or strip (lockup abuse toughness) would also be sweet. |
