I'm not sure which one to pick. I have 400-450rwhp tops, and want my 700r4 to last for a while.
The tranny also needs a good shift kit, the B&M comes with it but I'm not sure if all of the other components in the kit are good to go. My friend has a bulkpart high performance rebuild kit in his th400 and it works great so far, with about 400rwhp.
