Default To those about to do a th350 swap.

If you bought a madman dipstick tube PUT THAT ****** IN WHILE PUTTING THE TRANS IN!!!

You will have the biggest headache in the world if you dont. Or, buy a flexible dipstick. Im so ******* angry right now its not even near funny.

I made the same mistake when installing my TH400. It finally slid into place when I quit trying to get it in there.

Also, I removed the coil packs on the passenger side before I even attempted the install. This might help you out as far as needing room to work it in.

Well I got it in, but not before breaking the mounting tab off. Now I have to find some way to keep it in the pan. I hate my life.

easy,take screw type hose clamp and use that to reattach the bracket.

Did you guys get the dipstick tube to fit all the way into the transmission? Mine feels loose and it doesnt look like it will bolt up to the back of the head.
