Default Tranny acting up

Im not really sure what is going on, but if Im in OD, and I nail it,after downshifting and building up speed and rpm again after nailing it, my tranny wont shift back up again it just redlines. But if I do a dead stop run it shifts fine, maybe alittle late but it dont redline or ride the rev limiter. Not sure, but Im thinking my tranny needs a re-build.

you are probably in the early stages of 3-4 clutch failure and a rebuild or replacement trans is in the not to distant future

Are you getting any codes? Also how does the fluid in your trans look? Is this a new problem? Do you run a high stall tc? Lots of questions I know but this will help me figure out which direction to point you in. Vince

A stock tranny doesn't hold up well to any punishment.
