What tranny fluid should I go with?

What tranny fluid should I go with? Going to be installing a yank 3500 with a transgo shift kit and B&M super cooler here in a couple of weeks...which is the best tranny fluid to use and how much exactly do I need?

yeah I tried the search, but either my computer doesn't work or the search button doesn't work. I wasn't sure what people thought was the best fluid...

all Dexron Mercon III + fluids are pretty much the same. the fluid is not gonna differ between manufacturers because it has to still stand up to the fluid standards. Youll be fine runing anything from store brand on up to Castrol/Valvoline etc that is Non-synthetic
