what stall for 342's on th400? tci or yank?

what stall for 342's on th400? tci or yank? hey guys i have 4:10s & 3500 stall right now and the 410s are way to high... i want to switch over to 342's or maybe 373..but dont know if to keep my stall or go higher with the 342 setup? any guys have a setup something like this? wich converter is better tci or yank? i want to be a ble to make it a dd and do some highway driving but not to be at a high rpm in 3rd gear?? what do you guys think?
