Hey everyone,
I'm getting my engine rebuilt and it's going to put about 15# from a GT67 and push somewhere around 650rwhp. My stock 4l60e is NOT going to hold up for very long and I'm looking for a suggestion from you guys on what I should go with. Thanks a lot.

Frost might be right. I think that some of my problems with fluctuating power above 11 psi may be related to "straying from the map" of my T67. Check out these two boost settings:
Last thing to check on my setup is the valvesprings, although they were all brand new with my AFR 225's and look OK... I'm not absolutely sure that they're the upgraded variety. If that doesn't allow me to push some more boost then maybe it's time for a T76.

I'm not absolutely sure, but if 15# is too much I'll lower it down a bit. That number was just one of the numbers being thrown around. I'm not looking to go w/ the 76. I'd like to keep it at a 67 because I hear it's very good for a DD.
I'll find out the AR on the 67 when I get a call from the dealer I'm getting it from.

I have the 0.96 housing, and the cam is 224/224/114 with 0.588
That lift shouldn't be enough to trouble my springs, but I'm uncertain about events at higher boost.

That is the same lift as my cam, my other specs are slightly larger, but now I'm wondering about effects of boost on my car and the valve train.
What springs do you have in there anyway?

Until you shut me down I'll discuss what I want, I'm doing a study on how much rwhp my car is going to make to help me make a better decision when it comes to which transmission I wish to buy. Comparing cam specs tells me that I SHOULD make a little more than his 600, so I wouldn't want to buy a transmission that is ONLY good up to 600. So in that regards, that isn't being hijacked at all. The information just hasn't been researched enough for me to make my final decision.
That might help you if you're looking for better information.

Umm, yeah... you can hijack your own thread as much as you want.
Reocamaro, I can't say for sure what's on there right now. I ordered the "upgraded" springs that were sold with the AFR225's, but hell if I know what's really there.
