3200 VIG with a trans go kit would be the way to go. Very streetable along with a good combo for the strip. Feel free to check the link in my sig for purchasing details. Vince

i think im going with the transgo hd2 kit. still undesided about the stall on the converter or brand to go with seems like every one who starts low goes back to a higher stall later. i dont want tunning drivability issues but i was leaning closer to 3500-3600 for a stall, am i asking for more problems over a 3000-3200? i appreciate any advise and/or good prices on the parts i plan to oder monday. thanks

I would go with the transgo but with the lighter settings you will understand when you have the kit ,And i would consider one of our converters But be aware they are very precise converter and even the higher stalls are very driveable at low speeds . I just had a guy call today he said he was amazed he got our level three trans with a 3500 stall and he said the wild part was unlike others he has used and rode in when he put ours in gear it would actually hold itsself still on a hill and creep forward on level ground , yet when he nailed it the rpm flashed right up to exactly 3500 rpm and he said that he was not used to with other brands of converter he has used and he said he was thrilled.
Also for the most part provided the converter you do get it rated correctly you should not have tuning issues as long as yu stay at or below 3500 if your trans is in good shape,
