Default rossler 4l80 t brake doesn't work

i took the pan off, and i can watch the solenoid click.. thats about all i can see.... and it doesnt move much at all.

it does this in any gear and without the engine running, or any trans pressure (of which there is a pressure switch it is going through) is that right?

somethings up, anyone familiar with the wiring or the function please help out.

from what i understand i should select 3rd gear position manually (d not od) and hold for a few seconds.. but no dice...it does the same as when it is tried in any gear.. nothing...rev it up some let off the foot brake and the car takes off with the button held

want to test this out friday night
