4L65E to 4L80E swap? Like the title....I have a 2005 GTO that I'm building and looking at the 4L80E as a swap since the 65 won't be enough for my motor. What are the specs on these trannies? I mean dimensions and such. I understand the 80 is a bit longer and needs a different flexplate. Any help is appreciated...

Not sure what the difference's would be from the camaro/Trans ams but try this for starters.
