4l80e Shifting Way To Hard!
I have a 2000 Chevy 2500 truck that has started shifting real hard through all gears including overdrive. I checked for codes and got p0748 Pressure control Solenoid. So I bought one and installed it. Three hours and $70 later I still have the same problem. I need help, suggestions or something!

I was hoping everyone was not going to say wiring. That is the hardest thing to track down and fix. Where is the connector sheel? Hopefully on the outside of the trans.

You guys are the Bomb! Pulled the connector loose, blew it out a little, reconnected it, cleared the code and now my trans is back to normal.
That connector just pulled loose, is there suppose to be a clip or something holding it together?

Shell not Sheel. Horriable typing skils somedays. Depends on how stiff the hands are from wrenching all day. Anyways i would get the repair plug from GM parts.
