Freakin' stooge!
The ZR2 looks quite promising, although I'm not feeling some of the specs.
Looks like it will be powered by a 550-HP LSA (Supercharged 6.2) which will be backed up by a "6-Speed Transmission" which I assume would be a 6L80-E instead of the 6L90-E. Then the rest of the drive-train will be "Escalade" spec which means AWD with a 10-Bolt and 8.25 IFS. It is suppose to only be available in the color that's pictured. Carbon Fiber trim will be used inside. Also, I guess the suspension on the Ford is Military Spec. Unfortunately the ZR2's suspension isn't.

Do you know if you sped up your evolution you would eventually evolve and become a giant brain with psychic/telekinetic powers that is connected to the universe in a cosmic way.

Apparently it does to all those that were drooling all over this concept. Just seems to me that they took your standard Chevy pickup, made it uglier up front, put a big lift on it, and didn't bother to put some more appropriate size wheels/tires on it. The thing looks like it'd tip over if it tried to go too crazy off road. Wider wheels and/or wheel base are needed IMO.

Considering that truck owners are one large group that are likely to modify their rides it makes since. Truck guys are more likely to buy cat backs, CAI, cosmetic, and suspension changes than say Camry, Accord, Fusion buyers. Considering how large the market is for trucks I totally get that there is a market. That said...I can see how some would scratch their heads over a hyper truck. Pound for pound most cars would be faster, and more nimble for the amount of money put into them. Typically, powerful trucks fill a niche not covered by a car. This one, as pointed out, would be a blast on dunes.
