eek that "da butt" shot looks terrible. that trunk slope is way too much IMO.
and slope of the roof line is pretty bad because it slopes nicely like the classic fastbacks but then the slope goes more and rounds out making it more bubble like
i like it less now.

This is pretty typical now that I think about it... it's Ford's effort to contribute to the "modern" bulbous and androgynous look that's getting more common. When I look at this one and compare it to any previous Mustang, I think Nissan Leaf.
They're trying to rob us of good looking performance cars.

that curb weight is AMAZING especially with the IRS!
take note GM.
those last rear 1/4 shots looked pretty good. i still cant shake the BRZ/fusion mix. but i dont HATE it.
if this 6th gen camaro isnt around 3500lbs it will have no chance.

Those last pics look much more like what I saw earlier too, which is standard photos. That car does look good to me and if it has the 470hp I've read about and handles and accelerates and then drives as well as I've heard it will, I may actually get one, but not the 1st run.
I'll say again though, specifically if the weight is down and hp, etc. up as we've heard, this car is going to be a VERY HOT seller!

Most here think the Mustang quarter is a copy from the Camaro, when in fact, it's merely a copy from the 1965 original, copied many times over by others, including Camaro.
The grille on the new Mustang looks as much like the current Mustang as any, but is also getting its entire set of design cues from the original.
Who would expect many here to offer good comments? Not many of us. That said, I'll repeat, the new Mustang will be a VERY HOT seller! I'm considering one now and I just made a new vehicle purchase, specifically to avoid being drawn in to the new Mustang. I should've splurged and gotten a new Corvette! The interior has me as drawn as the exterior, of not more. This is the nicest set of parts I've seen in a Mustang, period. I am not crazy about the tail end of this car, but otherwise, it's a hit and, knowing why they made it as they did, it will grow on me, I'm sure.
