This is what happens when corporations are treated as people. Old GM died in 2009.
Further, if one reads the facts surrounding these ignition deaths, one could objectively determine two things: 1) the occupants would have died anyway, and 2) 99.999% of people will not be in such a situation in which the ignition switch would malfunction.
With that said, there is still no excuse for not modifying its design when the problem was brought to light before production began. It's those particular decision makers which need to be held accountable. Of course, we then come full circle back to the whole corporation as a person thing...

Someone may want to infrom that lawyer (I am sure he already knows) that corporations use ambiguous language for precisely the reason he is involved in.
I wasn't aware that somehow GM was responible for secondary market prices of their products. Perhaps people should clas action their homebuilder becasue they bought at the height os the market and can't get out from under it. It is a sad state of affairs these days.
