On this day in 1909?
Actually, on July 29th, 1909: https://autos.yahoo.com/blogs/motora...142719127.html
Without which, there may never have been... the CTS-V!
I passed on it before, but it's nice to keep history in mind here and there, especially when it's good history.

And Northstars. And the iconic Series 60/62 sedans and coupés (since they were based off GM's full-size car bodies). And the 1st gen Seville.
In fact, I'll go as far as saying that without GM, Cadillac could have probably sunk in the 1930s or shortly afterwards, like Packard, Pierce-Arrow, Cord, Auburn, and even Delage and Delahaye.

Well yeah... but I only really like the CTS=V!
One of my brothers has a Deville Concours and really likes it... I like it too, as it's quite comfortable and from 60, it flat gets it done! It's his 3rd one. Still... It's not CTS-V!
