Paint the hood scoop Mate black, ditch the spoiler and that would be an awesome family car.

It's the meanest looking muscle car since the fourth gen. Firebird IMO.

Not too bad. Over 400+ HP and a great brake setup and for the size and weight a 5.0 second 0 to 60 is sweet.

I can't wait to see what kind of body kits and such start showing up later this year.

Yes...a four door that does 0-60 in 5.0 seconds and the 1/4 mile in 13.0.

I agree. I think it has some great features, looks aggressive in certain angles, but would clearly be AWESOME if it were a two-door coupe. Perhaps they can save this thing by chopping 8 inches out of the middle, ditch the back doors, elongate the front doors and lower the roofline. Then I'd have my next new car.

I would how much Boyd Coddington would charge to do all that?!?

Hopefully we'll see a Challenger in the near future to give us a 2 door...

And then maybe a freakin' Camaro to battle it!

It's all about value, lots o' horsepower for the dollar. Heck, I'm sick of throwing car seats in the back of my car, this would be great. Same performance as a 2004 M5 for mid 30's, not bad.

Power for the SRT 6.1-liter HEMI is channeled through an A580 five-speed automatic transmission with specially calibrated driver-selectable AutoStick®, which offers fully automatic or manual shifting selection. A heavy-duty four-flange prop shaft sends the torque from the transmission to an upgraded differential and axles.

GHEY. Go figure though. Rumor this, rumor that, I knew the 6 speed manual was bullshit. There's no way they would have produced it just for the Charger when it's cheaper and easier to use the same 5 speed auto in the other three vehicles equipped with the 6.1L HO version of the Hemi. I still hope a stick somehow finds its way into this vehicle down the road though.
