Wow ... the number two truck (Chevy) almost outsold the *two* best selling cars (camry, accord). The difference between the first two vehicle (both trucks) is drastically higher (almost double) than all the rest.

Moreover, if you combine the GM trucks (Chevy/GMC), the fullsize GM and the midsize GM are both top in their class, and the GM full size would the the top overall. Not to take away from Ford too much, but I think that is the appropriate way of rating them.

In spite of these numbers both GM & Ford are struggling; the numbers do not mirror the profit that Toyota,Honda, and even Dodge has made on not just trucks but cars.

wow chevy's compact truck (colorado) has finally outsold the ranger. Thats awesome. so is the ranger officially no longer the best selling truck for 15 years or whatever it was. im glad to see GM sales surpassing these vehicles. For example trailblazer sales have almost passed explorer alone. Take into consideration that GM has the envoy, bravada (its final year), and rainier and its sales with that platform have far outsold ford's offering. Also consider the tahoe/yukon outselling the expedition finally. Not to be MR. GM here but its gotten old hearing "best truck, suv, ect for 15 years running" ect.
