Not to be a jerk but caps help out with naming files. ThisFileHere.exe vs thisfilehere.exe. I didn't find it that unlegable.
No one around here EVER gets permabanned. I swear. You can be a real bastard and get away with almost anything. The mods try but they have to be fair. I will have to stick up for the mods though. They are fair and they let you know the boundaries before instanstly kicking people out.
