It cost me $80 just to get my reverse lights painted, I bought it with the wheels, 3rd. light, tail light, turn signals, fogs and grill painted. I thought about doing the headlight lines. It Looks very nice! I still have to paint my calipers and have my headliner dyed

Thanks for the compliments.
It wasn't powdercoated, just scuffed with a scotchbrite pad and then used black etching primer on the backside/frt side of the grille and mldings. Then sprayed base, and clear. Looks powdercoated, but it's just paint. I'm not sure what holes in the frt bumper you are referring to. Mine didn't have holes in the front where a license plate mounts if that is what you are talking about. If you want to paint you emblems a "black chrome" look, then VHT NiteShade that is used for taillights/marker lights may be your answer. It is like a black Candy. You can see through it, but it is black. Used it on my 3rd brake light.

If anyone is interested in shipping there headlights.....I can have them painted for you for $125 like mine(if you are interested)! I know a lot of you live a long ways away from good ol, middle GA, and the local bodyshops may be out of their minds about pricing, so if you are interested in shipping, then send me a PM. I truly love the V and do not mind helping fellow V'owners out.
