Calling all Corsa vendors! Little help? So my V has now developed the freakin' Corsa rattle. From what I understand, several V's had this issue a while ago so it's a known issue. A baffle lets loose inside the resonator and rattles. Bad. It sounds like heat shield rattling against metal but trust me. After several hours of diagnosis, scratching my head, removing and reinstalling the exhaust (twice) I've been able to narrow it down to the resonator.
What I don't understand, is that Corsa will not warranty it for me because I can't provide the freakin' receipt! Lifetime warranty AND it says "Corsa" right on the exhaust, but I have to purchase a new one!
My questions is simply - can anyone help me out? Feel free to PM me if it's not something you can post in a thread.

For the money they charge for the V exhaust, they should fix it no matter if it was bought 6 years ago by the original owner and your the 8th.
Hope it works out for you, exhaust leaks and rattles are one of the most annoying things you can have on a car.

Jim is a stand up guy, I had the same rattle on my corsa on my silverado, he sent me a new muffler and paid the shipping to send the old one back. He knows how to take care of issues for sure.

...well the new resonator is installed and FINALLY no more rattle! Hallelujah!!! Also took care of some interior drone that had crept up on me over the years. I took a quick glance inside the resonator and it looks like they changed up the design a bit since I picked up mine in '08.

^^^ give Corsa a call. The guy I spoke with told me that I just needed to find the receipt but if I didn't have that, give him something to tie the Corsa to me. So, figuring I "understood" what he was "saying" (after all they do have a lifetime warranty), I got him a receipt. They sent me a new one no charge. That being said, I believe they'll still cut you a deal - $350ish I think is what they told me but I don't remember exactly.
