Finally lowered the V this weekend.
I will start off by saying, DO NOT FORGET TO ROLL THE FENDER LIP'S IN... trust me. Lickily no damage by it did scare the sidewalls a bit. I am running slightly larger tires all around so stock size might not be needed as bad.
I built my own rear lowering plates with 3/8" plate with DOM roll cage tubing about an inch high all mig welded together (sorry no pics, wish I would have).
Anyways, rides real nice, little rougher than stock, but well worth it in my opinion.

I actually painted them black, then rubbed the paint off with some thinner to give it a darker chrome look, esp in the crease's and low area's.

Yeah, does look good lowered, although hate to be the one to have to try and lift it up (working on) and avoid the curb stops and driveways These cars do sit up pretty high in the middle stock, that's for sure!
Maybe the pic is deceiving, but is your front camber pretty out of wack, or maybe you will be fixing that?

as soon as i saw it i knew it was going to be too low for some... but i'll be the one to say it looks perfect! although i personally would've cut something other than my stock spring, the end result is awesome.
i can see those meaty tires giving you some fender issues. i rolled mine with the hubcentric machine that literally "rolls" back and forth on the fender until you've achieve desired fitment before i even slammed it because with the aggressive wheel i was running i knew there was no other option.
i can almost guarantee you you're going to need some camber adjustment. our cars have adjustment points both front and rear that a good alignment shop can modify to your preference. no "camber kit" required. i for one stayed negative all around just a degree or two so i could tuck the 285s in the rear on a 10.5 wheel.
well done, op.

my car is 22" off the ground based on a measurement from the middle of the fender down. another measurement from the front bumper was 2.25"...
i wouldn't have it any other way.
