i don't think it's too fast considering how softly it has to be launched... but if i recall bob ran mid/low 11s with upwards of 800whp...
when i got mine i left some traces of my new toy on the pavement for almost a block, lol. probably about the only time i've ever done a burnout in it.

To my knowledge this is the fastest V1 thus far...it was his first time racing it.

I dont care about the ET in these cars to be honest. He trapped 134 almost. Pretty decent but I would have expected more. These cars are only 200 lbs heavier than an 03 Cobra and they trap 130 with about 600rwhp. Good thing I did not buy this car to be a weekend warrior.

My "performance" mods in order over the last 4 years:
Eibach springs
Magnaflow
CAI and tune
Headers and retune
Monster Clutch and retune
Gforce axles
Cam and supporting goodies and retune
Some would say the first mod is a short throw shifter. I have not done this yet, but may in the future.

i loved mine right much, probably best car i've ever owned.
that being said it's best you just enjoy it for the daily commute and not race it.
most of the time i left the track dissapointed. the wheel hop on mine was dreadful, somewhat due to my lowering the car but in general.. dreadful.
my suggestion is to put shitty tires on it so that it will just light them up vs. wheel hop. at least that way you will keep the diff under you. i tried axles, locking the cradle down and never realaized any track gains.
favorite mods to mine were the short shifter to get rid of some slop
the lighter clutch livened up the throttle response
lowering it so that it looked like it should and differend from base model cts
and the b&b exhaust which had this car in my opinion the sweetest noted ls i have ever heard.
not a fun mod but you are likely to find yourself in the market for motor mounts. they may all ready have been replaced or need replacing.
as a bolt-on car i did manage a 12.86 with a 1.87 short time on 245 kdw2's. doing the cam gave just enough power to spin from a roll in first gear at the track, and my times went downhill (to ****)

Thanks Dave !
I dont have big plans to do any racing with it, except maybe a trip to a road course. (never done that, looks fun)
My plans are , Tint, exhaust (not headers), lower it.
I have cams, heads and nitrous kits in the garage if I ever get to bored with it.
If I want to go drag racing I'll just drag the Firebird out. LOL !

ah yea took mine to summit point for one of the 'v days' they have. was the most fun i've ever had behind the wheel even tho i was a back marker.
damn shame i watched two racers go flipping off the track totalling both their beautiful lux/sports cars... really took the wind out of my sails.
if you ever thought an f body was remotely capable around corners you will be blown away with the capability of this 4 door.
