Default what type of cams are you guys running?

I'm looking at a heads and cam upgrade... I found a cam for 325 that is specced at 232/240, .580/.580, and a 110+2 LSA. I'm also thinking about Patriot Stage 3 heads (if my timing is good and i can nab them in time)

The specs on the heads are 2.08/1.06/64CC, and already have valve springs. He's thinking 500+ my stock LS6 heads.

What type of power do you think I'd put down with that set up?

Talk to Pat G. I had him spec me a cam which I am waiting to install. With Cam/headers/exhuast/intake/tune I am hoping to clear 415-420whp on a dynojet not a mustang...

I like the cam but your not getting a bargain at $325 so there is no reason to sacrifice. Sponsors on this site often sell custom grinds for $365.

I would also highly reccommend not getting patriot heads. For the money Id just send them to Advanced Induction and get them to do the work on them, and also get them to spec you a cam. Their worked 243s with a mid sized cam on an ls6 intake should get you very close to 450rwhp. With a FAST intake 475-480.

I have a 232/240 618 624 on a 114. Also have Patriot stage 2 heads.
OBX headers
Straight pipes
FAST 102
LS2 TB

I put down 432/382 on a dynojet

Another same v with slightly smaller cam, but AFR 205's put down 428/393

These Cadillacs don't dyno very highly, they have a larger percentage of drivetrain loss so don't base a lot of dyno numbers

I was a little disappointed with my numbers because I had a 2000 z28 with a g5x2 cam and stock 853 heads and did 426/396 on the numbers.

Uncorrected my number was 456/403
