Forgestar F14 Wheels Entering Production (6x115 - FINALLY!)
#142
OK, I'm sure Ryan got this also but thought I'd post it up:
"Hello Everyone,
Since there seems to be a lot of confusion on the forums of which finish was originally talked about I looked at the threads that Ryan started and there was no mention of “Brushed Titanium”. He posted up a Black 4 Door M3 with Titanium with the words titanium below so I don’t know how some where assuming they were getting the Brushed Titanium. We want to get a head count before the wheels are finished so we know how many wheels to bring in. Titanium is a 2 stage powdercoat that has a black basecoat with silver ontop http://www.flickr.com/photos/nickelsvision/6855344026/ or the Brushed Titanium with is a 2 tone Machined face with Silver powdercoat in between the spokes http://www.flickr.com/photos/nickelsvision/6680440049/ Please let me know so we can make the changes accordingly.

Probably 295s out back and 255s front, have to spend some time to figure out a good ratio and get some MPSS rubber.
Anyone got part numbers for the stock tpms sensors? Need to start ordering up parts.

I have(had) a staggered stock wheel setup with 9.25" rears and 275/40 18 PS2s on the back. Stock size with PS2 tire up front. To me, that was a perfect setup performance and handling-wise.
If you want to fill out your fenders and cut on fender gap, I'd say go a single aspect ratio larger. So if you think 245/275 tires will be too narrow for these rims, try 255/285. This may make you change your mind on lowering springs.
And you pretty much have your pick of performance tire in sizes 255/40 19; 285/35 19...
However, I could not guarantee you don't rub somewhere...

Back in your cage Squirrel!
Your (lack of) driving ability is well known..one only needs to
follow the trial of totaled Vs left in your wake.
Remember, you are an idiot. You wrecked your V.

26.7" is your target OD based on the stock 245/45-18 tires.
We're really cutting it close on clearance between the front wheels and tires to the upright connected to the upper wishbone, so either 245/40-19 or 255/40-19. I'd definitely do some measurements before you order. The rear end is a little simpler: if you have stock arms, go 275/35-19. If not, then you should be running 285/35-19.
From Tire Rack:
BFG g-Force KDW2
245/40-19: 28 lbs, 26.8" OD, $255 each
255/40-19: N/A
275/35-19: 29 lbs, 26.5" OD, $257 each
285/35-19: 31 lbs, 26.7" OD, $275 each
Hankook Ventus V12 Evo K110
245/40-19: 27 lbs, 26.7" OD, $180 each
255/40-19: 29 lbs, 27.0" OD, $187 each
275/35-19: 29 lbs, 26.6" OD, $219 each
285/35-19: 29 lbs, 26.9" OD, $238 each
