Default 2012 cts v auto trans question

I am looking at a 2012 cts v coupe. It's a auto trans car and was wondering how well the auto trans and rearends are holding up. Any input would help. Thanks Dan

Auto Trans and rear are awesome... You shouldn't have any issues if you buy...

The fact that its an auto pretty much saves the rear. I havent seen anyone complaining about the auto. For once I think GM has put a stout auto in a car.

Just don't tune out the torque management during the shifts. That's what kills these trannys.

Yes. GM limits the automatic to 5th gear in top end instead of 6th to save the transmission.
