Need a state inspection center in the DFW area?

Need a state inspection center in the DFW area? The problem the front of my car is all tinted out, markers, fog+turns, and the headlights are smoked. Apparently that is a no go in Texas inspections, so what I'm looking for is someone who inspects cars that will "turn the other way" when it comes to this. My taillights are not tinted so no problem there. Any help/references would be awesome! Also, is you're not willing to display their name, please PM any info. I know how it all works 
Edit: Or! if any one has any fog lights for sale cheap! so I can just switch them out, inspect it, and put them back!

Or find a pal that'll let you take the bumper/headlights off his car for you to pass. I got some stock fogs you could borrow, perhaps purchase.

I have a couple buddies that work at a dealership in Fort worth off 820/camp bowie. Lemme ask around and ill let you know. I dont have cats and neither did my truck, but they passed. So i dont think fog lights will be an issue
