CTS-V Owners is the bomb in my opinion.
If modding is in your future, there's years and years of experience over there. I've learned much from their experience. Good bunch of guys too, little or no childish bickering.
I started over at Cadillac.com but it's a ridiculous place to waste time. I wanted to learn what to do and what not to do, I found it at CTS-V Owners.com.
