If it's the handle that's broken, here's a little info.

http://www.cadillacforums.com/forums...le-broken.html

My interior lights seem to fade normally.

I resealed my 3rd brake light and am on the prowl for some new reverse light LEDs.....

about $8 all in. The 2700K strip looks better than the whiter/bluer stuff, IMO. This was left over from a lighting project in the work van.

Your car looks good...

I don't know much about LEDs so I'm hoping I can pick your brain a little here...Wonder how something like this would work for lighting the trunk? 2 under the rear shelf and one on each side??

Too much wiring, IMO. I bought a roll of the warm white SMD strip lighting, with a self adhesive back. You cut it to length, crimp on a pigtail at one end, stick it along the underside of the deck, and wire it into the factory lamp harness. I've since added a dab of hot glue at the transition from the led strip to the wire pigtail because the strain was causing it to peel away. I secured the small length of wiring run from the end of the tape to the factory lamp location with aluminum duct tape so it couldn't be snagged by anything.

Looks about right. I don't recall the size of the SMD's mine had, but one spec to compare is how many LED's are on the strip in total. That link is 300 on a 5M strip.

Thanks for the help. I have no idea how bright these will be but for the money, how can you go wrong.

Child's play. And be thankful you're doing upgrades and not repairs, hah.

Radiator died, bought cheap replacement, died in a week...decided i'd go with an aluminum rad. I bought an all aluminum mustang radiator from ebay for $120 and here it is:

(bungees and zip ties were temporary just to get a picture. It's in the car now and being held up properly)

No such luck. Bodyshop had it for a month. I think one of their clowns are the ones that broke one of the shifter rails in the transmission. Clutch was worn, motor mounts and trans mount were shot. Much needed 'upgrades' just wanted to do them on my schedule not someone else's. December is a rough time to be dropping all that cash. Can't say enough nice things about Creative Steel though. They bailed me out and shipped my stuff priority when it was stranded.

Chopped off the stock mufflers today and put on a pair of 4" tips. I'm amazed, it sounds better than I thought it would.

I took this thing out so I could remove the broken 8.8 axle CV to send it back to DSS.
