Anyone in the tri-state / North East who wants to help me install mine?
Also - if you can palm a basketball (like me) do you think this 2.25 inch shifter is overkill? The **** it comes with is just too small for my hand.

Some of those look like the ones I've got installed. I like how it fills my hand. It's NOT overkill . . . and I cannot palm a football.

500 miles
Just finished about 500 miles with the modified Hurst shifter. Very nice work. The vauge," what gear am I in?" feelling is gone. As solid as it is though it is hard to engage gears sometimes. Especially after the car warms up. The car has 70k on it and we changed to synthetic fluid when the shifter was installed. Maybe I am answering my own question here but is this the master cylinder issue now?
