Thanks for the heads up on the code. Bought a Nappa leather boot, 1" shorter than normal, silver stitching in an X pattern. $83 all told. Will hopefully be able to test all of the shifters with it installed. If anyone has any tips on anchoring the base of the boot to the surround, I'm all ears.

Didn't get an email, but I'm on the list.
I'll shoot the paypal monies over, just want to make sure my boot makes it to the right place. All you need is my shipping address?
May want to make another list with "paid" and "not paid" so we know where we stand.

I will add the paid to the list on the first page.
The modified stock, stock, UUC, Katech and B&M would all use the standard length boots.
The Hurst or any shifter with a **** height lowered more than about 3/4" from stock would look better with the 1.5" lower boot.

Kindly put your forum name on the Paypal transaction so I know who has paid on the list.
I will refund the $7 for the standard height ones where people paid for the 1.5" lower. I didn't find out there was an additional price cut for those until after I posted.

Brian, I was under the impression the short boots were for the modified shifters. I have your original purple shifter. If the standard length is a better fit, please switch my order. Sorry for the mix-up.
Real fake suede, here I come!
UPDATE: I popped the shift **** off this morning and raised it 1.5" to simulate a shorter boot. While the result was better looking when the shifter was in neutral, the boot was too tight when the shifter was down in 2nd,4th, and 6th gears. Imagine that, he was right.
