Move? I think that's your best option with an HOA like that.

Oil change takes less than 30 minutes. I doubt they'll see you doing it.

Despite installing nearly all of my mods myself, I generally just take my car somewhere for an oil change with my own oil/filter. Not dealing with the hassle is worth the $20 and most every place I've been to is cool with you standing in the garage/watching/talking to them as they do the change.

Anything other than standard reprocessed oil is usually a bit of a rip-off for oil changes unfortunately. As far as trust goes, that's usually a more local thing.

We used to get out company vehicles done at Walmart because we traveled a lot. Never had in issues in 4 years of using them so I gave them a shot at doing my v (I too hate getting rid of old oil and cleaning drain pans) and they overfilled it by almost a quart. Will do it on my own from now on!

That's another plus of supplying your own oil. You'll know how much they use.

I go to the dealer. Costs the same as a typical oil change with the added benefits of getting your car inspected for free by a technician that was trained to work on the car. Plus a free full car wash. I usually don't accept the wash for my V ( I only changed the oil twice since I bought it 7 years ago) but I usually let them wash my DD ATS.
