Just installed my ATI10% UD pulley, and on the main accessory serpentine belt the data from ATI says to use belt 4060785. I first had the routing wrong...but got that all squared away, and it is about 2" short. Was thinking of using a belt 4060805, but wanted to see what you guys have used successfully. Any help would be appreciated. And yes I did a search...

I used 5060815, but I have a larger pulley on my tensioner for my vacuum pump.

I had to do it by trial and error.

I use the napa Gates belt 25 040372 for the AC and 25 060806 for the main.
Its OK with the stock tentioner but with the Katech manual tentioner it takes a little persuation and sliding it over the waterpump last.

Thanks for the input. I got the Dayco 5060805 and it fit perfect. For reference, all stock pulleys except the ATI 10% UD.

For what it's worth, the belt which fits for the 10% UD pulley also fits with the 10% UD pulley, The Vette PS pulley (larger) and a mechman alternator (wayyyy smaller).

Figured I'd post that up should someone need to search such a unique combo. Haha
