Default Borrow/rent a fuel lock ring tool from somebody?

Anybody have one I could borrow or rent? I'll cover all the shipping if it's not local.

I used a couple vise grips to keep pressure on the tabs while hitting it (someone on this site recommended that method). That work way better for me than the tool.

Nothing big... I am smelling gas when the tank is full. The return line I added is just threaded into the factory bucket top, but the threads aren't sealing apparently. So I need to open up the tank so I can use a regular bulkhead connector with a nut on the inside, to stop the fuel seepage.

Man I really was thinking of doing the dual in tank dw300 mod that is stickied, but I just don't feel up to the wiring at this point!
