Default ASP crank pulley

so i have the wobbly crank balancer as most of us get. i may have come across an ASP unit off a 97 vette. are these any good? i mean i have had powerbonds on my fbody's and i know that ATI is king. but if the price is right would you go for an ASP?

Been around a long time, I wouldnt hesitate to use one. I generally just went with SLP/Powerbond on my lsx stuff though. ATI is great but it's a lot of money IMO.

If I recall correctly there was a few guys who broke ls2 and double roller chains due to improper balancers I believe the issues was with asp underdrive dampners but do a search. I'd go with Ati Or Powerbond or oem

i did a quick search but just in the ctsv V section. let me poke around the ls1 engine section and see what i find. i am comfortable with the brands you all are mentioning but i am not trying to drop 400+ on a balancer for what i call a basic set up. if there is enough to get me away from the ASP i will likely just get the powerbond.

I havent seen any BLEMs from ATI on ebay in a long while.
