Default PSA for spring maintenance - AC Delco spark plug rebate (all year long)

Up to $2 per plug, mail in rebate, from ANY retailer. Google "AC Delco spark plug rebate 2015" and you'll find the printable form for the rebate as well as instructions.
Just a heads up for you fellas (and gals). I'm changing plugs & wires this spring and just before I went and dropped $8/plug on NGK TR5IX plugs, I happened across a rebate that AC Delco (OEM plugs for our cars) has out for the whole year of 2015. On top of the rebate, the Delco plugs were a bit cheaper than the NGK's too. And from all info available, Delco is at least an equivalent plug to NGK (some say superior). Unfortunately, no rebate on wires. But the plug rebate is pretty good!
I personally got mine from Rock Auto, who happened to be unaware of the rebate and didn't have it advertised on their website. They're now working on getting it up for everyone to see.

Wes,

Which AC Delco's did you go with. I got my wires as #1 was offline, so I'm going to go with ACCEL Super Coils 140043-8 and do the plugs as well. I'm in for bloody hands!

I got whatever their site suggested, can't remember the part number. They're factory gapped to .040, which is what is most widely suggested for the unmodified LS2. There's some confusing info out there with lots of direction to the NGK TR55, but those are gapped to .050. The NGK site points you to the TR5, which is gapped to .040. So I went with the Delco equivalent of the TR5. Also grabbed some new Delco wires, but I'm not worrying about the coils.

There are hundreds of threads around here on the plug changing process... Look around for tips if you want. Regardless, it's a bloody, pain in the *** process. You can't get around that. Haha

My first issue is getting the boots off the plugs. Planning a dyno tune next month and I have no clue what plugs are in this LS engine.

Anybody know the part number for AC Delco iridium plugs for our cars? I can find their platinum plugs but not iridium.

Thanks

So I sent all my stuff in the day after this thread was posted. Followed their directions to the letter with highlighted copies of the receipts from where I had purchased plugs from the dealership and just got a card back stating that they were unable to process my request as I had not included the part number. Typical crap I guess for GM, but will be interested to see if anyone else actually gets their refund check out of this "deal".

For those still interested in this, looks like they've extended this through 2016. Anyone know the iridium part number for the 2005 CTS-V?

Looks like the part number is
41-110 41-110
.

I ended up going with them over the NGK's due to their reputation and also this rebate, but it may have just gotten sweeter. Amazon had them for $4.98, but when I added them to the cart I was given a $10.00 discount listed as 'ACDelco Promotion' (see attached), bringing these down to $0.98/each.
