Default I just Happened to be in the neighborhood.....

When Forum member VeryWhiteDevil Had is sexy V1 dyno tuned from the guys over at SNL performance in Haslet Texas. I was there to lend another member my go pro and two V1's rolled in for a dyno tune. haha it was a gen 1 kinda day. After I got done picking their brain on how I should set up my V, we set his up on the dyno. Ended up making good power! Not sure if it will catch that ZR1 but....that won't take 4 people along with it either!

Anyway, I will let him come in and update us all as to his setup and full build stats . All's I know is that I'd kick a child in order to get that exhaust!

I must not have had my go pro set to the right resolution but it came out ok. And I cut out all the dyno wind downs as it is not a pleasant sound.

Enjoy:

Wow thats an impressive increase from the first to final run. Whos doing the tuning down there at SNL still? When i had my 2006 GTO back in the day i would always hewr good things from a tuner by the alias of "Phoenix".

Where was that custom 3" exhaust made? Mandrel bent? Car sounds sick as hell and if it wasnt for the LS6 in th V1 if be very tempted to throw in a v.X cam from SNL.

Tuning done by James Karger with LSTuner.com. He does a fabulous job!! Exhaust was done by Jakey Performance in Phoenix, AZ when I lived in Arizona

Im a little confused forgive me if im asking too much. Its been a whike since ive been in the loop with things. Was the tuner with you and you rented SNLs dyno or did yall interact online after each run and rent snls dyno?

ETP225 heads w/ Ti valves & factory rockers with trunion upgrade - heads setup by Ed Curtis (upgrading to stock rockers with CME bushings)

FTI Streetsweeper cam - 236*-240*-111*-.631"-.610"

not sure on compression due to heads were milled before I got them

SNL is literally the ONLY shop I will ever use to do work on my LS cars or my Ford. Those guys are top notch and miles above every other tuner I have ever dealt with.

If you go elsewhere you're wasting time and money.
