Default Canadian rear shocks?
About to purchase a new rear rock and see that an ACDelco
"ACDELCO 540170 {#25752922} GM Original Equipment
Flag indicates this part fits vehicles sold in the Canadian Market. It does not indicate where the part was made -- manufacturers produce parts in multiple factories worldwide. Rear; Special Susp(FE4)
Part is designed for CA Market vehicles"

I'm assuming this is the same part either way, but no idea why. Could it be resistance to cold temps?

it has a higher alcohol content and no real healthcare to speak of
