Not much, but at best:
Axles in a pinch, same for radiator, wiper motor cover, maybe the diff (depending on ratios and case)
hubs for 5-lug swap
Interior pieces like c-piller covers, center console
Radio for hacking up (double din mod)
Headlights, tailights, 3rd brake light...
Body panels are awfully big & bulky to store....

Spindles/knuckles are identical. I don't know how many times I have to say it: if you want to switch to 5x115 wheels, buy the 5x115 SKF X-Tracker hubs and you're done. I have two sets of spindles and knuckles for this car: one 6x115 (for my OEM winter wheels) and one 5x115 (for my summer wheels). Other than the fact that one has one leg lug than the other, they're indistinguishable.

I don't know how many times you have to say it, either. Was there something incorrect in hefftone's comment that you quoted? Presumably Wrecktum would be getting the wheel bearings for next to nothing, and they would work just as well as buying new $$$ SKF parts.
