I went with another stock one. Well, actually I think I used a V6 one, because they're basically exactly the same, and the V6 ones cost way less than the V ones.

I've run an Alradco before, didn't find that it was worth the added weight and reduction in working room at the front of the engine.

There is another one available now made by DeWitt’s. I’m running an Alradco but I’ve heard the DeWitts is a little thinner and easier to work around. I went through 3 radiators before I bought the Alradco.

I went with a V6 5 speed (no trans cooler) replacement and it's been working just fine for nearly 40k since replacement. It was about half the price of the V part and literally the same dimensions with the exceptions of two unused tabs at the bottom.

https://ls1tech.com/forums/cadillac-...d-upgrade.html - The 3 different part numbers (V, V6 auto, V6 manual) are in that thread.

Correct GM part for our cars is now $160 + shipping. NAPA Spectra Premium is $100 + shipping. Both are now cheaper than the CTS base part, which is $200+ship. https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/...,radiator,2172
