Default Anyone know how to change out seat upholstery?

So all the leather was wasted in my CTS V when I got it. I tracked down a near perfect interior and was able to simply swap out the back seat. Unfortunately the front seats are bent from having been involved in an accident but the upholstery and parts are otherwise perfect. My plan is to pull and swap the upholstery from those seat frames to mine. Does anyone have diagrams on how the upholstery is attached? I've read a few warnings about the built in airbags but haven't figured out a clean disassembly/reassembly process. Wondering if it is done via wires and hog rings like Recaros or...

Any input is appreciated if folks have pictures, diagrams, or experience doing this.

I'll try to remember to take a look in my FSM to see what it says about the seats.

Maybe "azn2dmax" can offer some comments? He at least partially disassembled his front seats to do his yellow seatbelt mod.
