Default How many miles do you have on your V today?

Hello All,

Have you found the faster you drive the more miles seems to click by on the odometer? I purchased an ‘05 in August ‘04 and the next thing I know its December and the odometer has 9K. Almost two months she has been parked in the garage. Don’t pity me, a couple of nice days I have ventured out to adjust my spine to the back of the seat with a little torque form the LS6.

I have had no problems with the car except the damn wheelhop and some squeaking from the passenger seat. It only happens when the wife is with me and my right foot is extended. I see her lips moving but I can’t let a little squeaking reduce my enjoyment, can I?

Please let me know about your mileage and problems you may have come across.

Please no comments about tires, I have received my replacements from the Tire Rack- Eagle F1 GS-D3 $ 214.00 each.

No problems other than wheel hop on aggressive launches and rain.

480 miles. I have found the source of the passenger seat squeaking when the wife is in the seat. Here is how I fixed it. I put a strip of duct tape over her mouth. All is quiet now. Give it a try.

Default Happy in Cincinnati

Bought the car in October. I now have 7,054 miles on it. Most of the milage comes from two trips road to Texas. Sokd a 1996 Corvette LT4 for this car. No comparsion. VTS-V wins. All I can say is Fantasic. https://ls1tech.com/forums/newreply....e=1&p=2369234#

Only probem was the Theft Deterrent System came from the factory turned off. I pick the car up today with it finally turned back on. I hope.

It seems I’m not the only one that has a squeak, duct tape could work, but I have to sleep sometime. To those with your cars parked like myself, think warm thoughts.
Those with low miles, the more you drive the CTS-V the more you want to drive only the CTS-V.
