CTSV makes 760+ on dyno
In Opulent Blue, this baby would be a stunner even if wasn't built — and built it is. As Patrick says on the HP, power is 762 whp on E85, and 718 on pump gas... Not bad at all! Ha ha!

The type and brand name of the dyno can make all of the difference in the world. It that was run on a Dynopack dyno, or any of the dynos that take their readings from the axle that reading is way pumped up. Dynopack operators & Dynopack literature claim about a 10% error to the plus side, but I think that the diff is higher than that. Also the CF used can make quite a diff. My '09 CTS-V lays down 690 RWHP & 630 RWTQ on SAE correction factor, but uncorrected lays down 720 & 660 respectively on nE-85. My tuner told me about 35-40 RWHP & RWTQ on 91.
