Disabled P2122 & P2127 Codes
I'm looking at purchasing a 2010 CTS-V from a local dealer. The dealer has little history on the car, but visually it has at least full exhaust, pulley, & intake. It has a few permanent codes in the ECM, the typical O2 & CAT codes from headers which are normal, & P2122 throttle / pedal position & p2127 throttle pedal positioning sensor / switch e-circuit low input, which I would not expect. The car runs and drives perfect and the check engine light is not on so I believe these were permanently disabled by the person who tuned it. Should this be concerning to me or is this typical with a modified LSA? Is there a modification that requires these codes to be disabled?
