I installed an 8.8 last year, and have most of the stock parts replaced by the 8.8. Buyer pays shipping and fees. All parts removed with about 65k miles on them from a 2007 CTS-V.
Driver & Pass Axles - $275 +shipping. Will not split. Already packed and ready to ship. Includes 2 new axle nuts.
Toe Rods - $30 + shipping. Replaced with CS parts.
Trailing Arms - $30 + shipping. Replaced with CS arms.
2x Stock shifter - $10 + shipping. One with the cup and cover, one just bare.
Upper rear shock mounts - $15 + shipping. Replaced with Banski mounts.
Driveshaft - $30. Will not ship. Pickup only. Clear Lake area of Houston. Needs new carrier and rear bearing to be repacked.
